Annual Discussion Volumes

The Pollution and Diseases Book Series presents curated annual volumes based on the journal’s Discussion Section.

Each December, selected discussion materials are systematically organized into a thematic volume that reflects the evolution of scholarly dialogue throughout the year. These volumes do not signify the closure of discussion topics; rather, they provide an interim consolidation of analytical developments, methodological clarifications, and emerging perspectives.

The Book Series serves three primary purposes:

·       to document structured scientific debates in a coherent format

·       to synthesize evolving problem-oriented discussions

·       to enhance long-term accessibility of thematic discourse

Volumes may include:

·       revised versions of previously published discussion contributions

·       newly submitted analytical essays

·       integrative editorial overviews

All volumes are assigned a unique ISBN.
New contributions receive Crossref DOIs.
Previously published materials included in a volume are clearly identified and linked to their original DOI records to ensure full transparency and citation continuity.

The Book Series operates within the same editorial and peer-review standards as the journal and remains fully aligned with its scientific mission.

Participation in the Discussion Section therefore contributes not only to immediate scholarly exchange, but also to structured annual synthesis within the Pollution and Diseases publication framework.
